SEVEN STEPS TO A BEAUTIFUL SKIN:

4. Sun Block forms part of the daily skincare routine. It protects not only against the sun but also against the dehydrating effect of the wind, air conditioning, cold weather and radiators

5. Apply Toner or Freshener after creams have been applied so that the skin can absorb the nutrients from the creams before the pores are closed

6. Foundation should form part of the skincare routine. It helps to prevent dehydration of the skin

7. Use powder sparingly as some powders can dry out the skin
